Gawana Jetty
This site is located in front of Novus Gawana
Resort and Spa - Diving Centre, where the area
surrounded by mangrove forest. Here you can find different
diving experience then others, especially for macro
underwater photographer, you can see a sea horses, nudybrances,
mandarin fish, and many varieties of nudibranchs . You
can also feel the different sensation where you can
enjoy hot spring sparkling from the
bottom of the sea in front of our resort.

Marine life: many varieties of small fish, very good
for U/W macros photography object
Highlights: Sea horses , mandarin fish, many varieties

Dark Peninsula Wall
The Wall starts at a depth of 4 m then drop straight
to 40 m. Besides amazing coral growth this reef also
features an unbelievable underwater landscape,
sculpted by many overhanging rocks. with angel fish
being the species worth mentioning. Besides emperor
angel fish, yellow-faced angelfish and blue-banded angel
fish can be found with the duke fish rounding out the
selection as a member of the angel fish family. Quite
often, huge schools of jack fish pass the wall, darkening
the sun. Although it is a wall, this dive site is also
suitable for snorkeling.

Mangrove Bay
This site is only about 200 hundred meters away from
our dive base Novus Gawana, which is located directly
at the white sandy beach in the West of Bali
National Park. The coral garden starts at a depth of
2 -10 m and is wonderfully grown featuring stone-
and soft coral alike. Besides numerous species
of reef fish, the beautiful moray eels have found a
home here. This dive site is also a superb snorkelling
spot with none to moderate current.

The
Tower
In this dive site you can swim either to the west or
to the east. If you swim to the west, you will find
underwater structure with some small caverns and drop
off. The structure serves excellent natural framing
for underwater photographer and videographer.

Highlights: juvenile of bat fish, porcupine fish, huge
sea cucumber.
Menjangan
Island
Menjangan is one of our our most recommended
dive sites! This is a small island in the north/west
Bali National Park. All dive sites are only a short
boat trip away from our resort.the coral growth starts
in shallow water, stretching out for about 15 to 40
meters before suddenly dropping vertically to a depth
of 35 meters, the western end features a deep lagoon
with a reef slope in a 45 degree angle. There are several
dive spots in Menjangan Island, all the dive sites
offer variates of landscapes and deferent underwater
fauna, one of them is garden eels spectacular dive spot.
Currents at Menjangan island are weak to moderate, but
sometimes there's some current in the channel, and that's
the time when you have a chance to see some
big pelagic, such as Tunas, and Sharks. Therefore
Menjangan island is a perfect spot for beginners. Because
of the beautifully grown lagoon, it is also an outstanding
spot for snorkelling.

Secret
Bay, Gilimanuk
Secret Bay diving site in Bali is located beside Gilimanuk
harbor in West of Bali Island. Going to Secret Bay from
our resort will approximately take abot 30 min by car.
Rare marine species, many juveniles, especially for
macro-photographers. A shallow dive site with no rich
coral growths but a few weed and coral beds. The visibility
can be low, there may be a current and the water can
be cold. Dark sand bottom; fat and healthy fish

Tulamben Ship Wreck
It is located at the north coast of Bali. Its
120 meters long laying 90% on the side of the ship.
The deck facing to the sea side, the ship was previous
by a military cargo ship by the name of USS
liberty. This ship was torpedoed by a Japanese
submarine at Lombok coast June 11,1942, no body got
injured but the ship was no longer fungsitioning. The
American triyed to haul the ship to Singaraja harbours,
by then Singaraja had been occupied by the Japenese
soldier ,therefore they left the ship at tulaben coast
until the years of 1963 when the lava of the Agung volcano
eruption pushed the ship to the sea and stayed in the
depth of 3- 28 meters . Since then, coral covered the
wreckage completely and turned it into a home for many
species of fish. From time to time, a Napoleon fish
or huge barracuda drops by. You may dive or
snorkel this wreck comfortably, accessing it directly
from the beach.
